Note: Reservations must be made by 6 PM the day before to avoid a $10 late booking fee.

Cancellation Policy

We understand your time is valuable—and so is ours. Cancellations for daycare or grooming made on the same day as your reservation will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

What We Require (Because Standards Matter)
To ensure a safe, predictable, and positive experience for all pets in our care:

 

• First Day Orientation (half-price) for behavioral assessment

• Dogs over 7 months must be spayed/neutered

• Must be flea and tick free

• Up-to-date vaccinations (we handle verification with your vet):

  • Rabies

  • DHPP

  • Leptospirosis

  • Bordetella (administered 10+ days prior)

  • Canine Influenza (strongly recommended)

  • Heartworm test (within 12 months)

Arrival & Departure Timelines

• Drop-off before 7 AM: $10 early drop-off fee

• Drop-off after 9 AM: $10 late drop-off fee

• Pick-up after 7 PM: $10 late fee

• After 7:30 PM: Overnight luxury suite boarding at owner’s expense

Grooming Cancellation Policy

• Cancel 24+ hours in advance to avoid a fee

• 1st late cancel = 50% fee

• 2nd late cancel = 100% fee

Premium Grooming Standards

• Same vaccination requirements

• fleas are found, we’ll administer Capstar and a flea bath ($30). Let us know in advance for $5 off.

• Matting Fees:

  • Light: $25

  • Medium: $50

  • Heavy: $85

  • Severe: $110

• Dogs requiring additional handler support: +$20

Appointments typically take 3–4 hours. Let us know at drop-off if you need faster service—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

This is not kennel care. Our add-on pet sitting experience includes:

Leash Policy
In accordance with Westerville, Columbus, and Ohio laws, all dogs must arrive on leash. If you need one, just ask—we’re happy to meet you curbside.

Satisfaction, Guaranteed
By your dog’s third visit, we’ll have detailed notes on your preferences. But if something’s not right, just contact us within 72 hours of your appointment and we’ll make it right at no charge.

Vaccine Timing
Vaccines take 10 days to reach full efficacy. Following AAHA guidelines, core vaccines (Rabies, DHPP, Lepto, Bordetella) should be kept current per your vet’s recommendations—typically every 3 years.
