Nail Trim
Nail trimming is an important part of basic grooming for your pet.
Long nails can affect movement, cause pain, and exacerbate orthopedic issues and arthritis. They can even grow long enough to curl and grow back into the pad, causing pain and dangerous infections.
(*Pro Tip: Nails should never be long enough to touch the ground they stand on. When a quick has grown out from lack of hygiene routine, they take a long time to receded but can be done with consistent 2 week maintenance.)

Nail Buff
Nail Buffing allows the nails trim to be even shorter to last longer and allow the nails not to be sharp and jagged. This added step does prevent nails from splitting and cracking.
Paw Pad Hair
Cutting the hair around and between the paw pads is crustal for allowing your pup the tractions needed while walking and running
Without this hygiene routine being performed consistently, the paw pads are not able to toughen by building callouses. these callouses paw pads are critical for protection and prevent sensitivity (blister, cuts, raw areas).
