Dog Daycare Requirements and Policies

Cancellation Policy

We do understand that sometimes the best laid plans can change. If you need to cancel your reservation for an upcoming stay, please call us at (614) 423-7032. 

 

Although we strive to be as understanding as possible, normally daycare and grooming cancellations and no-shows the day of  your pet’s reservation are charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled stay.

Requirements and Vaccinations

  • All dogs must undergo a First Day Orientation (At half price!) for behavior assessment. This ensures that we make the best placement decisions for your pet during his / her stay!

  • Female dogs over 7 months old must be spayed

  • Male dogs over 7 months old must be neutered

  • Rabies – 1 or 3 year

  • DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza)

  • Leptospirosis – administered yearly and bolstered if your dog is not current

  • Bordetella -annually and administered at least 10 days prior to check-in to ensure maximum efficiency and protection against kennel cough

  • Canine Influenza – recommended, but we will defer to your vet’s recommendation

  • Heartworm exam – required every 12 months

  • Flea and tick free

  • All dogs must be dropped off by 9am or a $10 late drop off fee will incur

  • Dogs dropped off before 7am will incur a $10-15 early drop off fee

  • All dogs must be picked up by 7pm or a $10 late pick-up fee will incur. After 7:30pm, daycare becomes an upgrade to a luxury suite
