Large Dogs
We all know how horrible skunk odor can be, but did you know that the skunk oil can cling to pet fur even if the spray is not direct? Thankfully, we offer an emergency grooming service specifically for removing skunk odors. Our special shampoo is designed to remove the odor rather than to temporarily masking the odor.
Deskunking: Do's and Don'ts

DO NOT wet your pet. Skunk spray is oil-based and immediately absorbs into the dog's dry coat.

DO keep the dog in a safe, comfortable area.

DO NOT use tomato juice, as this treatment does not work.

Additional: If the dog is sneezing or coughing, that's a good thing. It means they're getting rid of it.
